Welcome to Inspired Jewelers (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using www.inspiredjewelers.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
We guarantee the workmanship on everything we make, repair, or sell for 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise notated here or in writing to the customer. In order to enjoy this guarantee clients are required to return their purchase to the shop for complementary cleaning and inspection of their jewelry every six weeks. This covers normal wear & tear, not abuse.
Limitations and non-covered items pertaining to the Worry Free Guarantee
· Glued and organic items
· Enameling or anything with Lead solders
· Gold, Rhodium, or any other plating.
· Loss of any prong set stone with 3 or less prongs or Loss of any stone over ½ carat
· Loss of any prong set stone unless it has the following number of prongs:
o Emerald cut: 4
o Oval cut: 6
o Marquis: 6
o Pear shaped: 5
o Heart: 5
o Trillion: must have V prongs
· We do not assume the responsibility of the loss of a single diamond or expensive colored gemstones above 1 carat.
· Prong set stones with thin prongs, missing prongs, or stones that are set crooked leaving a much shorter prong on one side of the stone than the other.
· Bead set stones where the beads are badly worn or missing; poorly set stones which leave part of the girdle of the stone sticking up beyond the surface of the metal.
· Channel settings or tension/invisible settings where either the channel is very thin, torn, not straight across the stones or there is no support underneath the channels to hold them together; examples include designs without cross wires or supports to keep the channel from pulling away leaving the stones to loosen up and fall out.
· Bezel settings where the bezel is too thin, torn, or the stone is set crooked and is not all entirely secured by the bezel.
· Stone loss: We do not warranty against stone loss on repairs unless we actually set the stone and charge the “Express” fee listed in the Gellar Blue book.
· We can only guarantee items that we actually make or repair and charge full retail for the associated product and service.
· We are not liable for any stone loss after only visually inspecting a product or cleaning it with our ultrasonic cleaner.
· We do not guarantee that any stone once taken out of our store will not chip, break, scratch, or fracture. Stones brought to our store may have unforeseen imperfections; we will not accept liability of damage to stones not purchased from Inspired Jewelers.
· Clients should have their jewelry appraised and insured; explore options including a jewelry rider for your homeowners or renters’ policy.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance expenses.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold Inspired Jewelers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
